MISSION

Mission in Action

Truth matters, is knowable, and has a real-life impact. Our mission is to partner with our families and community to ground our students in the pursuit of truth. But truth is not abstract; it has a form. Ultimately, it can be found in the beauty and goodness of Jesus Christ, but we are called to reflect this truth, goodness, and beauty in our surroundings and everyday lives. Our approach to our curriculum, pedagogy, and surroundings must align with these higher-level values.

As we examine our current situation, there are a number of logistical elements that we wish to bring into better alignment with our mission and vision.

Goals

Permanency/Sustainability (Why Us?): We believe Trinity Academy is fulfilling a vital function in our community that must be protected and maintained for future generations. People need to have the assurance that Trinity is a permanent and sustainable institution.

Central Location (Why Here?): God has sovereignly planted us in a centralized location that is able to serve a wide number of communities. Our current location is also an important educational center for the community, and we are proud to continue the legacy.

Improvements (Why This?): Learning does not happen in a vacuum. We wish to teach our students what is true, good, and beautiful by surrounding them with things that are true, good, and beautiful. In the process, we will also be making improvements for the mental and physical health of our students to remove distractions that hinder our mission.

Expenses (How?): God owns everything; we own nothing. As stewards of His resources, we want to make wise and efficient use of the hard-earned resources entrusted to us through our families and community. Our goal is to lower the long-term operating cost of our school while providing opportunities for future growth.

PROJECT PHASES

1

Purchase the Building: $450,00

COMPLETE!

Through the generous gift of one of our supporters, Trinity Academy become the sole owner of the school grounds in January of 2026!

2

Roof and HVAC: $1,450,000

Pitched Roof: $500,000

In order to fix our current leaks, reduce maintenance, and give a place for the new HVAC system to live, we plan on putting a pitched roof on the building.

HVAC: $950,000

The heating for the current building is provided through an aging hot water boiler system. There is no central AC unit either. Each classroom currently depends on a window cooling unit. We would like to solve both of these problems by installing a centralized heating and cooling system.

3

Facade & Classrooms: $800,000

Front Facade with Windows: $350,000

We wish our school to be a school full of light that teaches the Light. It should be full of truth, goodness, and beauty. As such, we will be remodeling the front to be a beautiful and welcoming entryway that reflects our classical education vision.

Classroom Remodels: $450,000

Each classroom will also undergo a remodeling to not only make it more aesthetic but also to improve its functionality and cleanliness. Talk to the school about adopting a classroom to remodel. We would like to budget around $15,000 for each classroom.

.

4

Parking Lot: $300,000

Asphalt Parking Lot: $300,000

It is our belief that Trinity Academy will only grow moving into the future. The parking arrangements are already beyond capacity during special events. We would also like to improve the flow and landscaping of the parking lot as well.

More?

The school has many more projects that they would like to see come to fruition, but at present these fall outside the scope of our current capital campaign.

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE AND GET INVOLVED

We need EVERYONE’S help!

There are so many different ways that people can help support Trinity Academy. In order for our school to succeed we need everyone’s help. This school is built upon God working through people. People always have been and always will be at the center of our school.

Here are just some of the areas where we need help.

Resources

We are looking for individuals or companies who are willing to give materials and/or services at a discount or donated rate. These are some examples.
• Wholesalers, Vendor Discounts, Discounted or Donated Labor
• HVAC
• Windows
• Small Carpentry Work
.

Givers

Double your gift by giving toward our $50,000 matching grant.
See the gift pyramid at the top of the page
.

Prayer

We would like you to commit to praying daily for our school’s mission, faculty, staff, students, and families.

Workers

There are many tasks that need to be planned, directed, and executed. These are some examples.
• Oversee & Organize Specific Projects
• Get Project Bids
• Marketing & Recruitment of new families
. Our goal is to add 25 students. This would be enough to balance our operating budget.

Potential Donor Lists

Help us get the word out! We need individuals willing to introduce us to other people who may be willing to partner with our mission. There are promotional materials as a part of this packet, or we would love to arrange a meeting between them and the administrator and a member of our board or planning committee (See contact page for information).

FAQs

What is the projected timeline?

This is a considerable project with lots of moving parts. We expect to start a number of the smaller projects early in 2026, but the larger projects will only be started once the funding is there. So at this time, we are remaining flexible when thinking about a specific timeline.

Will these donations be used for operating expenses?

No. Our operating costs will be covered by other income sources, donations, and fundraisers.

Can Trinity pay for operating expenses during the project?

Yes. We understand that in buying the building, we are taking responsibility for certain things that were covered by the landlord before. However, we have budgeted so that the money we save in rent will cover the expected increase in operating costs.

Will this project disrupt education?

No. The school will continue to function out of the same building during the entire process. Much of the exterior renovation can be completed while school is in session. Additional projects will be scheduled during breaks or in portions of the building that are not in use.

Is a new playground a part of this capital campaign?

No. A new playground is something we see as a future need, but it is not part of this fundraising campaign. We hope to be able to look into special grants, donations, or fundraising in the future as time and personnel allow.

Did Trinity explore other options?

Yes. Trinity did explore other options, including building a new building at the current location, building a new building at a new location, and purchasing another building in the area. After careful prayer and consideration, we found that the best way to be good stewards, fulfill our mission, and honor the past while looking to the future was the current plan proposed.
