Prescription Medicine Form – If your student has a prescription medication that you will be bringing to the school, the attached form will need to be filled out. There are copies of this form in the office as well.

Trinity Uniform Jacket Order Form - August 3, 2023
Trinity Uniform Jacket Order Formiser Poster – Remember, that students need to be in uniform while inside the school. This includes the jackets or sweaters that they wear if they are cold while inside. These jackets are to help with that. Orders are due August 29th.
